These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TM Game Studio website, Minecraft plugins, digital downloads, software, services, documentation, updates, and other products provided by TM Game Studio.

By accessing our website, purchasing a product, downloading a product, or using any TM Game Studio product or service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase, download, install, or use our products or services.

1. About TM Game Studio

TM Game Studio develops and sells digital products primarily designed for Minecraft servers.

Our products and services may include:

• Minecraft plugins
• Plugin expansions and add-ons
• Configuration files
• Digital software
• Documentation
• Product updates
• Support services
• Other digital products and services

Products sold by TM Game Studio are generally delivered electronically as digital downloads.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal ability to enter into an agreement to purchase products or services from TM Game Studio.

3. Product License

• Provide unauthorized copies of our software to another person or organization

All rights not specifically granted to the customer remain with TM Game Studio.

4. Digital Product Delivery

TM Game Studio products are digital products and are generally delivered electronically after a successful purchase.

• A payment confirmation page
• An email containing download information
• Another authorized digital delivery system

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account and payment information when completing a purchase.

5. Payments

TM Game Studio uses PayPal to process payments for products and services.

All applicable charges must be successfully paid through PayPal before access to a purchased product or service is provided.

By completing a payment through PayPal, you may also be subject to PayPal's applicable terms, policies, and account requirements.

TM Game Studio does not store your full PayPal payment credentials. Payment information is processed by PayPal according to PayPal's own terms and privacy practices.

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change at any time for future purchases.

Changing the price of a product does not create an obligation for TM Game Studio to refund or credit previous purchases.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• They are authorized to use the PayPal account or payment method used for the purchase
• The payment information provided is accurate
• Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction
• Their PayPal account is in good standing

TM Game Studio may refuse, cancel, or investigate transactions that appear:

• Fraudulent
• Unauthorized
• Abusive
• Suspicious
• Associated with payment fraud
• Associated with stolen payment information

A purchase is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed and accepted.

All purchases remain subject to the No Refund Policy contained in these Terms.

6. No Refund Policy

ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL

TM Game Studio maintains a strict No Refund Policy for digital products.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access to the product has been provided, the sale is considered final.

TM Game Studio does not provide refunds, exchanges, or store credit because:

• You changed your mind
• You no longer want the product
• You purchased the wrong product
• You did not read the product description
• You expected a feature that was not advertised
• You do not know how to configure or operate the product
• Your server does not meet the stated requirements
• Your server uses an unsupported Minecraft version
• Another plugin conflicts with the purchased product
• Your hosting provider or server configuration causes compatibility problems
• You stopped operating your Minecraft server
• You found another product that you prefer
• You accidentally purchased the product when the product and price were clearly displayed before checkout

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility information, requirements, features, and documentation before completing a purchase.

Because digital products cannot practically be returned after access has been provided, purchasing a product confirms your acceptance of this No Refund Policy.

This policy applies except where a refund or other remedy is specifically required by applicable law.

7. Chargebacks, Payment Reversals, and Account Termination

TM Game Studio takes chargebacks and payment reversals seriously.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal, customers are encouraged to contact TM Game Studio support regarding any legitimate billing or product concern.

If a customer initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or similar forced reversal of a completed PayPal transaction, the associated TM Game Studio account will be subject to termination.

Account termination may include:

• Immediate termination of the TM Game Studio account
• Revocation of licenses associated with the disputed payment
• Removal of access to purchased products
• Removal of access to product downloads
• Removal of access to product updates
• Removal of access to support services
• Restriction from making future purchases from TM Game Studio

If multiple products are associated with an account involved in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity, TM Game Studio may suspend or terminate the entire account and associated services where permitted by applicable law.

A chargeback does not automatically establish that TM Game Studio failed to provide the purchased product or service.

When responding to a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal, TM Game Studio may provide PayPal or the applicable payment provider with relevant information, including:

• Transaction records
• Purchase information
• Payment confirmations
• Customer account information
• Download records
• Product access records
• License records
• Support communications
• Delivery records
• Login or access information where appropriate
• Acceptance of applicable store policies or Terms

TM Game Studio reserves the right to contest chargebacks and payment reversals that we believe are invalid, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the purchase record.

Account termination resulting from a chargeback or payment reversal does not create an entitlement to continued access to the disputed digital product.

Nothing in this section prevents PayPal, a financial institution, or another authorized payment provider from handling a dispute according to its own policies, and nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

8. Minecraft and Software Compatibility

TM Game Studio products may be designed for specific:

• Minecraft versions
• Paper versions
• Spigot versions
• Server implementations
• Java versions
• Dependencies
• APIs
• Operating environments

Customers are responsible for reviewing the compatibility information provided for a product before purchasing and installing it.

TM Game Studio cannot guarantee compatibility with every:

• Minecraft version
• Third-party plugin
• Custom server fork
• Hosting provider
• Server configuration
• Proxy configuration
• Modified software environment
• Future Minecraft release

A third-party Minecraft update, API change, server software update, or plugin update may affect compatibility.

Where reasonably possible, TM Game Studio may release updates to address compatibility issues.

9. Product Updates

TM Game Studio may provide updates, patches, improvements, compatibility updates, and bug fixes for its products.

Updates may:

• Fix bugs
• Improve performance
• Improve security
• Add features
• Remove obsolete features
• Change existing features
• Add compatibility with newer Minecraft versions
• Remove support for outdated Minecraft versions

TM Game Studio may discontinue development or support for a product when necessary.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not guarantee that development or updates will continue indefinitely.

10. Support

TM Game Studio may provide support for purchased products through our available support channels.

Normal Support: Response time is typically within 2 to 5 days.

Priority Support: Response time is typically within 24 hours, when Priority Support is available or included with the purchased product or service.

Support response times refer to the time it may take to receive an initial response. They do not guarantee that an issue will be completely resolved within that timeframe.

Some issues may require additional investigation, testing, development, or information from the customer before they can be resolved.

TM Game Studio does not guarantee:

• A specific resolution time
• That every reported issue can be fixed
• Compatibility with every server configuration
• Compatibility with every third-party plugin
• Custom feature development
• Custom plugin modifications unless separately agreed upon
• Support for unauthorized, leaked, redistributed, or modified copies of our products

When requesting support, customers may be required to provide information such as:

• Minecraft server version
• Plugin version
• Java version
• Server software
• Error messages
• Console logs
• Relevant configuration files
• Screenshots
• Steps required to reproduce the problem

Failure to provide sufficient information may prevent or delay troubleshooting.

Receiving support does not change the TM Game Studio No Refund Policy.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for properly installing, configuring, maintaining, and operating their Minecraft servers.

Before installing or updating software, customers should maintain appropriate backups of important server files and data.

Customers are responsible for:

• Creating server backups
• Protecting account credentials
• Maintaining server security
• Reviewing plugin requirements
• Reviewing documentation
• Testing major changes when appropriate
• Keeping compatible software versions installed
• Properly configuring third-party software

TM Game Studio is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect server administration, unsupported configurations, or modifications performed by the customer or another third party.

12. Prohibited Activities

You may not use TM Game Studio products, services, websites, or systems to:

• Redistribute purchased software without authorization
• Sell unauthorized copies of our products
• Leak paid products
• Circumvent licensing systems
• Circumvent access controls
• Attempt to obtain products without payment
• Fraudulently dispute legitimate transactions
• Impersonate TM Game Studio
• Misrepresent yourself as an employee or representative of TM Game Studio
• Attempt unauthorized access to TM Game Studio systems
• Distribute malicious modifications of TM Game Studio products
• Use our services for unlawful purposes

Violating these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to TM Game Studio products and services.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TM Game Studio strives to provide high-quality, reliable, and well-tested Minecraft plugins and digital products.

We are committed to maintaining and improving our products through updates, bug fixes, compatibility improvements, and support whenever reasonably possible.

However, Minecraft servers can contain many different combinations of server software, Minecraft versions, third-party plugins, configurations, hosting environments, and custom modifications.

Because these environments are outside TM Game Studio's control, we cannot guarantee that every product will operate perfectly in every possible server configuration.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the compatibility, stability, and performance of our products, we cannot guarantee that software will always be completely free from bugs, interruptions, third-party conflicts, or unexpected behavior.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product requirements and determining whether a product is appropriate for their server environment before installing it.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Customers voluntarily choose whether to purchase, download, install, configure, and use TM Game Studio products.

Installation and use of TM Game Studio software is performed at the customer's own discretion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their Minecraft server, software, hosting environment, and third-party plugins are properly configured and compatible with the product being installed.

TM Game Studio is not responsible for problems resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Incorrect configuration
• Unsupported Minecraft versions
• Unsupported server software
• Third-party plugin conflicts
• Server administrator mistakes
• Modifications made by the customer
• Modifications made by another developer
• Custom server forks
• Hosting provider problems
• Hardware failure
• Network problems
• Failure to maintain backups
• Unauthorized modifications to TM Game Studio products

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TM Game Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where an exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

TM Game Studio retains all applicable intellectual property rights in its products and services.

16. Suspension and Termination

• Fraud
• Payment fraud
• Chargebacks or payment reversals as described in Section 7

Where appropriate, TM Game Studio may investigate suspected violations before taking action.

Termination of access resulting from a violation of these Terms does not create an entitlement to a refund.

These third parties operate independently from TM Game Studio.

TM Game Studio does not control and is not responsible for changes, downtime, policies, actions, or failures of third-party services.

18. Minecraft and Mojang/Microsoft

TM Game Studio is an independent software developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft unless specifically stated otherwise.

Minecraft is a trademark associated with Mojang Studios and Microsoft.

Customers remain responsible for complying with applicable Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, server platform, and marketplace rules when using TM Game Studio products.

19. Privacy

Use of the TM Game Studio website and services may also be governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and protected when interacting with TM Game Studio.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms of Service.

20. Changes to Products and Services

TM Game Studio may modify, improve, replace, discontinue, or restructure products and services.

This may include changing:

• User interfaces
• Commands
• Permissions
• Configuration options
• Integrations
• Supported Minecraft versions
• Supported server platforms
• Documentation
